BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These conditions apply to all safaris and tours provided by Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
- A booking will only be confirmed upon the receipt of a 35% deposit (unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing).
- Once a booking has been confirmed by Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions or its agent, in writing or by e-mail, all terms and conditions apply and our cancellation policies will be in immediate effect.
- An invoice issued by Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions serves as full confirmation of the booking.
- The full amount of the safari is payable not less than 42 days prior to the date when the safari commences.
- A booking made within 42 days of the commencement of the safari is payable in full on confirmation of the booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Note: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions in writing. Cancellation will only be deemed effective on the day it is received by Moonstroll.
The following charges will be payable by you depending on the number of days prior to the safari’s departure date when Moonstroll receives the cancellation notice.
- A cancellation fee of 35% of the total cost of the safari if cancelled 42 days or more prior to the safari’s departure date.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the safari if cancelled 28-41 days prior to the safari’s departure date.
- A cancellation fee of 75% of the total cost of the safari if cancelled 14-27 days prior to the safari’s departure date.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the safari if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the safari’s departure date.
